About the role

  • Junior Administration Specialist managing procurement processes and administrative duties within Allegro's e-Xperience internship program. Supporting operations and enhancing facilities for an inclusive e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from selecting vendors and negotiating terms for office supplies to purchasing components for our One Boxes.
  • Responsible for the administrative heartbeat of our courier units, including document processing (invoices, contracts, annexes) and coordinating fixed asset inventories for both depot equipment and One Box elements.
  • Oversee the 'greening' of our One Boxes and conduct accessibility audits for people with disabilities.
  • Support the operational team during the process of opening new locations and help manage facility-related tasks like waste management or cleaning service collaborations.
  • Build strong business relationships with subcontractors, keep business cards up-to-date on Google Maps, and organize local events to keep team spirit high.

Requirements

  • Would like to learn from experts how to combine large-scale logistics administration with innovative CSR projects.
  • Are eager to continuously develop skills and expand knowledge in procurement, negotiations, and facility management within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Feel comfortable working with diverse tasks - you enjoy the precision of administrative data and Excel reports just as much as the creative aspect of urban greenery design.
  • Are focused on quality and detail, whether you are verifying a legal annex or ensuring that a One Box location looks perfect for our customers.
  • Know English at B2 level
