  • Sales Director leading Firefly Enterprise sales across EMEA. Coach and develop a high-performing sales team to drive adoption and achieve targets while collaborating cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Firefly Enterprise sales team across EMEA
  • Drive product awareness and represent Firefly Enterprise in key events
  • Build and execute a value-centric sales strategy to achieve annual targets
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success teams
  • Track, monitor, and accurately forecast business across the territory

Requirements

  • 8+ years managing high-performance sales teams
  • Proven track record in SaaS solution sales
  • Experience building and maintaining executive relationships
  • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles
  • High emotional intelligence and collaborative leadership style
