Responsibilities
- Drive digital HR transformation towards efficient & employee-oriented HR organization
- Dive into HR Digital Transformation with understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
- Coordinate implementation of improvement requests
- Guarantee optimal data quality and implementation of related governance structure
- Drive HR Administrative Process improvements
- Contribute to several IT HR Digital projects
- Act as knowledge owner for SAP HCM/ESS and other tools
Requirements
- Master's degree in HR or in an IT related field
- (First) HR experience with focus on payroll (preferably SAP-HCM)
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Self-discipline to set and follow up a planning, structured and process-driven
- Good communication skills
- Team player establishing good relationships with HR and IT colleagues
- Analytical & innovative spirit interested in company’s growth
- Strong interest in recent IT evolutions and technologies in HR Field
- Very good knowledge of Dutch and English
