Responsibilities
Drive digital HR transformation towards efficient & employee-oriented HR organization
Dive into HR Digital Transformation with understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
Coordinate implementation of improvement requests
Guarantee optimal data quality and implementation of related governance structure
Drive HR Administrative Process improvements
Contribute to several IT HR Digital projects
Act as knowledge owner for SAP HCM/ESS and other tools
Requirements
Master's degree in HR or in an IT related field
(First) HR experience with focus on payroll (preferably SAP-HCM)
Excellent knowledge of Excel
Self-discipline to set and follow up a planning, structured and process-driven
Good communication skills
Team player establishing good relationships with HR and IT colleagues
Analytical & innovative spirit interested in company’s growth
Strong interest in recent IT evolutions and technologies in HR Field
Very good knowledge of Dutch and English
