About the role

  • HR Manager at ANDRITZ partnering with business leaders to drive people strategies. Guiding HR processes and ensuring compliance with Czech labor law.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with business leaders to drive people strategy
  • Guide leaders on people decisions, performance, team dynamics, and succession planning
  • Oversee all HR processes from recruitment to offboarding
  • Serve as the authority on Czech labor legislation and ensure full legal compliance
  • Implement global and HY HR programs

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in all HR matters
  • Strong Czech labor law background
  • Proven experience advising leaders
  • HR systems experience
  • Experience in international companies and matrix-driven organization
  • Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Law, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • English and Czech mandatory; additional languages advantageous
