B2B Sales role developing Cafeyn's offers across the DACH market. Responsible for localizing value proposition and driving the full sales cycle.
Responsibilities
You will join the B2B team and report directly to the Chief Business Officer.
You will be responsible for developing Cafeyn’s B2B offerings in the DACH market across multiple verticals, such as employee benefits / corporate benefits, education, libraries, and enterprise.
Refine and localize Cafeyn’s B2B value proposition for the German DACH market.
Own and lead the full sales cycle end-to-end: negotiate with multiple stakeholders (HR, Procurement, Legal, Management), drive pricing, contract terms and commercial structure, and bring contracts to signature with high autonomy and responsibility.
Contribute to vertical expertise by gathering market analysis, competitive intelligence, and best practices to refine our playbooks and go-to-market approach.
Work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Product and Marketing teams to structure deals and align execution.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in B2B sales / business development, ideally in digital media, SaaS, subscription platforms, content or technology companies.
Proven track record of closing complex B2B deals involving multiple stakeholders (HR / People & Culture / Benefits teams, Procurement, Legal, Management, IT).
Strong experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
Solid knowledge of pipeline management, qualification frameworks and CRM discipline (HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent).
Clear understanding of pricing, margins, contract structures and profitability in a B2B subscription or licensing environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate Cafeyn’s value proposition.
Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are a strong advantage.

Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with potential to develop into a Country Lead / DACH Lead role as the business grows.
