Responsibilities
Build and execute a comprehensive FAFH growth strategy with the VP of Sales
Lead national sales efforts across commercial and non-commercial foodservice segments
Establish national account priorities and manage key customer relationships
Elevate partnerships with Sysco, US Foods, PFG, Vistar, contract feeders, and GPOs
Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and bid processes
Drive Lifeway-branded menu placements
Lead and develop a broker network sales team
Partner cross-functionally with Operations to ensure service levels, forecasting accuracy, and execution excellence
Conduct behavior in compliance with Lifeway Employee Policy
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
10+ years of progressive experience in Food Away From Home or foodservice sales
Proven success managing national & regional foodservice accounts
Deep understanding of commercial and non-commercial distribution models
Experience working with broadline distributors, contract feeders, and alternative channels
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset
Background in branded CPG, dairy, beverage, or functional foods preferred
Experience in refrigerated, probiotic, or functional food categories preferred
Experience scaling brands in foodservice preferred
Broker management experience preferred
Exposure to C-store and vending channels preferred
