Responsibilities
- As an intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in office management, event planning, and a variety of other operational projects and tasks.
- Manage and enhance an office space that promotes collaboration among our team members. This includes daily tasks such as ordering office supplies, maintaining and improving the physical environment, setting up meeting equipment, and handling other office-related responsibilities.
- Organize and host events to celebrate holidays and strengthen relationships among team members.
- Petty cash management.
Requirements

- You have experience planning and hosting events, with a solid understanding of managing logistics related to event organization.

- English and Chinese are required, with Chinese proficiency strong enough to communicate with external parties.
- We prefer interns who can work: 4-5 days a week for 6 months at least.
