About the role

  • Patient Support Program Analyst managing documentation and consultations for a pharmaceutical company in São Paulo. Creating and updating dashboards based on program indicators and ensuring proper event reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Keep documents and information up to date for the PSP team (Patient Support Program)
  • Monitor the progress of pending consultations and PSP processes
  • Ensure that adverse events, counterfeit incidents, and product complaints are properly reported
  • Create and update PSP dashboards based on program indicators

Requirements

  • Degree in a health-related field
  • Advanced English
  • Experience in client-facing or patient relationship roles, such as Patient Educator or direct patient support
  • Technical skills: Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel and Power BI
