About the role

  • Event Team Lead leading university partnerships and event strategies for Campus Recruiting at Capital One. Focusing on exceptional candidate experiences and team management across regions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional candidate and associate/client experience with each event
  • Measure impact of event strategy and share findings with stakeholders
  • Manage and develop a team spread across multiple locations
  • Bring people together for common goals and inspire teamwork
  • Ensure a cohesive candidate experience throughout the full candidate journey

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in Recruiting, Project Management, Events Management or a combination
  • At least 1 year of people management experience (preferred)
  • At least 4 years of experience in Campus Recruiting (preferred)
  • At least 4 years of experience in planning events (preferred)
