Responsibilities
End-to-end planning and execution of various corporate events, including customer events, trade shows, webinars, internal meetings and company celebrations, with a focus on catering and banquets
Budget and resource management: preparing and monitoring detailed cost plans, obtaining quotes, and sourcing, selecting and booking suitable venues and resources
Supplier and partner management: maintaining and expanding a network of external partners and agencies
On-site organization: creating run sheets and staffing plans and actively managing operations during events as the central point of contact
Event promotion and follow-up: developing and implementing concepts to promote events, conducting feedback sessions, handling invoicing and reporting to optimize future events
Support for marketing leadership: project management and handling administrative processes
Requirements
Completed vocational training or degree in Event Management, Hotel/Restaurant Management or Marketing/Communications
Relevant professional experience in the design, planning and execution of corporate events and trade shows
Confident user of MS Office programs
Good command of English
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-organization, project management experience and willingness to travel occasionally
Service-oriented, creative and communicative personality
