About the role

  • Corporate Events Coordinator at SCHÜTZ planning and executing corporate events with focus on catering. Managing budgets and resources, promoting events, and supporting management processes.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end planning and execution of various corporate events, including customer events, trade shows, webinars, internal meetings and company celebrations, with a focus on catering and banquets
  • Budget and resource management: preparing and monitoring detailed cost plans, obtaining quotes, and sourcing, selecting and booking suitable venues and resources
  • Supplier and partner management: maintaining and expanding a network of external partners and agencies
  • On-site organization: creating run sheets and staffing plans and actively managing operations during events as the central point of contact
  • Event promotion and follow-up: developing and implementing concepts to promote events, conducting feedback sessions, handling invoicing and reporting to optimize future events
  • Support for marketing leadership: project management and handling administrative processes

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree in Event Management, Hotel/Restaurant Management or Marketing/Communications
  • Relevant professional experience in the design, planning and execution of corporate events and trade shows
  • Confident user of MS Office programs
  • Good command of English
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-organization, project management experience and willingness to travel occasionally
  • Service-oriented, creative and communicative personality
