  • FBS CX Analyst at a leading insurer analyzing customer data to enhance customer experience and support decision-making. Utilizing technical skills like SQL and Python within a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing customer data in support of customer experience utilizing technical skills (SQL, Python, AI, dashboarding) and business acumen/problem solving to provide insights to help make data driven decisions for the business.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in English (Interview’ll be in English);
  • Bachelor Degree in Statistics, Math, Business Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science;
  • Analytics – Intermediate
