About the role

  • Performance Marketing Manager at Montu UK crafting and driving paid social strategies in regulated healthcare. Leading innovative approaches within compliance for impactful digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, own and lead paid social acquisition strategies across Meta, TikTok, Reddit and emerging platforms, across UK and selected international markets.
  • Design, implement and run bespoke paid social frameworks covering account architecture, campaign structure, testing frameworks and optimisation logic for a regulated healthcare advertiser
  • Navigate MHRA guidelines and platform-specific health and wellness policies, including managing policy escalations and maintaining compliant campaign delivery.
  • Drive creative performance by partnering with in-house creative and brand teams — translating performance data, regulatory constraints and audience insight into compelling, compliant paid social assets.
  • Configure and maintain advanced paid social technical setups, including tracking frameworks, conversion events, audience segmentation and attribution logic in a consent-led, GDPR-sensitive environment.
  • Monitor, analyse and optimise performance using platform data, analytics tools and structured testing methodologies, with particular skill in low-volume or data-constrained regulated environments.
  • Manage significant paid media budgets, optimising for ROI, efficiency and learning velocity.
  • Work with GA4, server-side tracking and attribution modelling in environments where health data sensitivity constrains standard approaches
  • Analyse campaign and funnel performance to generate statistically and commercially meaningful insights, accounting for the reporting limitations inherent in regulated or restricted ad environments.
  • Apply hypothesis-led experimentation to inform strategy and optimisation — particularly where volume constraints or policy restrictions limit standard testing approaches.
  • Turn complex performance data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Work closely with in-house creative, brand, UX, analytics, product and clinical teams to develop compliant, platform-appropriate assets that drive performance without breaching healthcare advertising rules.
  • Provide detailed creative briefs grounded in performance data and regulatory constraints, reaching new patient audiences at the cutting edge of what paid social will permit in this category.
  • Act as the internal subject-matter expert for paid social performance marketing in a regulated healthcare environment, advising on platform policy, compliance obligations and channel feasibility.
  • Support integrated campaign planning across marketing and business functions, including liaison with legal and compliance stakeholders.
  • Support campaign execution and optimisation across additional geographic markets where required, adapting strategy for differing regulatory frameworks.
  • Contribute to wider paid media strategy beyond social channels, including support for Paid Search and other performance channels.
  • Assist in demand forecasting, capacity planning and channel mix optimisation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years' professional experience in paid digital performance marketing, with demonstrable experience managing paid social campaigns at significant scale (£100k+ monthly spend).
  • Advanced, hands-on expertise across Meta and TikTok paid advertising platforms, including campaign architecture, audience strategy and technical setup.
  • Proven experience in a regulated or restricted advertising environment, with working knowledge of MHRA guidelines or equivalent healthcare advertising standards
  • Demonstrable ability to develop creative paid social strategies that achieve acquisition goals within tight compliance constraints — not just operating within them, but finding creative ways through them
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data, attribution and conversion funnels, including in data-limited or low-volume regulated environments.
  • Technical fluency: tracking, consent-led environments, GA4, campaign architecture.
  • Ability to work independently, manage complex workloads and deliver against commercial objectives with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Clear communicator — able to present complex data and regulatory nuance to senior audiences.

Benefits

  • 25 days holiday (rising to 27 after year one and 30 after year two) + 8 bank holidays
  • Up to 5% employer matching contributions
  • Work-from-home options
  • cycle-to-work scheme
  • collaborate across teams and represent Montu at events, with support to grow your skills and impact
  • Enhanced Maternity & Paternity Leave
