Responsibilities
Support website and content management by assisting with product load for the website
Assist in AI tool management by supporting the training, testing, and maintenance of custom Gems
Analyze user behavior and web analytics by using tools like Amplitude and HotJar
Support marketing campaigns and project workflows by shadowing Digital Marketing Specialists
Assist with operational tasks such as Salesforce event logging and data management
Requirements
Must be enrolled in a degreed program (i.e. Bachelor’s, Master’s, etc)
Recent graduates within the last 6 months will be considered
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven decision-making
Basic understanding of digital marketing, market research, or web operations
Experience with web content management systems and analytics tools
Technical skills such as HTML and CSS are a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
