About the role

  • Junior Performance Marketing Manager focusing on Meta Ads campaigns and UGC management in an international e-commerce setting.

Responsibilities

  • Support in operational tasks, including planning, launching and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns
  • Creation of performance-oriented ad copy
  • UGC management: maintaining the UGC pool, liaising with creators, preparing briefs
  • Performance analyses and deriving concrete optimization measures
  • Support in expanding our activities in the DACH region as well as in international markets
  • Long-term: expansion into Google Ads and TikTok Ads

Requirements

  • Initial practical experience in performance marketing with Meta Ads (e.g., internship, working-student role)
  • First exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT or Freepik
  • Basic understanding of paid social and KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR
  • A good sense for effective creatives and persuasive ad copy
  • Structured way of working, strong communication skills and a sense of ownership
  • Language skills in French or Dutch to support our international expansion
