- Assist with internal documentation and process clean-up across functions related to product workflows, internal processes, and terminology
- Support Lark migration and ongoing workspace hygiene (folders, access, structure)
- Support completion and maintenance of:
- Pricing Function Calculator
- Pricing tiers & feature comparison lists
- Conduct and maintain competitor analysis (features, positioning, pricing signals)
- Assist in demo and trial account setup for sales and partnerships
- Provide ad-hoc operational support to senior executive when required (e.g. expense tracking, simple coordination tasks)
- Support ad-hoc internal projects as they arise
Requirements
- **Must-haves:**
- 0–2 years experience (fresh grads welcome)
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and internal tools
- Able to follow structured instructions and ask clarifying questions
- Strong written communication (English required; Mandarin a plus)

- Exposure to SaaS, fintech, or startup environments
