Responsibilities
Support planning and tracking of ongoing projects and initiatives.
Assist with meeting coordination: agendas, notes, follow-ups.
Monitor timelines, deliverables, and risks.
Draft internal communications, summaries, and presentations.
Update and maintain project documentation and shared resources.
Collect and organize data for KPI tracking.
Prepare dashboards and summary reports.
Identify trends or issues based on operational data.
Support coordination and communication across multiple internal teams.
Help prepare materials for working groups and leadership meetings.
Requirements
Enrolled in a Bachelor of Business Administration, Commerce, Operations Management, or similar university program.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English (French is an asset).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
Ability to create clear summaries and documentation.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative.
Bilingualism is an asset (fluent in French and English) but is required for Quebec only.
