- Analyze business requirements and derive functional specifications for system enhancements for Supply Chain and SAP SD functionalities related to Order-to-Cash processes.

- Support designing API and EDI integrations between SAP and external systems, in a global integration approach, ensuring the application of best practices and standardization.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
- Provide technical expertise during project lifecycle (design, build, deploy).
- Assist in system configuration, data migration, and integration activities.
- Prepare and execute functional and integration test plans.
- Document system changes, processes, and user guides for future reference.
Requirements
- 3+ years in similar roles within multinational or consulting environments, preferably in Customer Service and Logistics or procurement areas
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related fields
- International experience and a global mindset are essential
- Certifications such as ITIL v4, Agile are considered advantageous
- Fluent English – Required for global collaboration
- Italian – Preferred for local engagement
- Third European language – A plus for broader communication
