About the role

  • Consumer, Channel & Customer Manager at Campari Group driving growth through strategic brand management in the Caribbean and Central America region.

Responsibilities

  • Define brand growth priorities and distribution guidelines with marketing and distributors
  • Guide annual Brand and Channel Plans to enhance visibility and engagement
  • Conduct regular field visits to capture market realities and opportunities
  • Develop outlet segmentation and Perfect Store standards
  • Deliver activation toolkits for consumer engagement, bartender advocacy, and shopper visibility
  • Manage and allocate A&P/DD budgets in line with strategic priorities

Requirements

  • 6–7 years in Consumer/Trade Marketing with proven brand‑building expertise
  • Spirits industry background strongly preferred
  • University degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • Strategic vision, communication and influencing, project management, pragmatic execution, team leadership
  • Passion for spirits, proactive mindset, strong interpersonal skills, bilingual (Spanish & English)
  • Willingness to travel extensively (30–40% annually)
  • Microsoft Office proficiency; Power BI desirable
