About the role

  • Sales Consultant responsible for customer acquisition and relationship management in water technology. Role includes market analysis, technical support, and representation at events.

Responsibilities

  • Customer retention and new customer acquisition: building and maintaining customer relationships as well as acquiring new customers
  • Increase market share and revenue: develop and implement strategies to grow market share and sales
  • Account management and technical consulting: support and advise installers and wholesalers, including technical trainings and presentations
  • Participation in trade shows and events: represent the company at trade fairs and events
  • Market monitoring and collaboration: analyze market trends and competitors and work closely with inside sales and other departments
  • Complaint handling: professional processing and resolution of customer complaints

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a wholesale/foreign-trade clerk, industrial clerk, gas and water installer with sales aptitude, or a master craftsman in gas/water/heating, or equivalent qualifications
  • Several years of professional experience; experience in three-tier distribution is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and strong self-organization skills, plus good networking within the trades and wholesale
  • Driver's license class B (car) is mandatory
  • Residence in postal code areas 85, 82, 81 or 80
