Responsibilities
Maintain existing and develop new long-term customer relationships
Conduct regular customer visits to identify needs and optimization opportunities
Advise on service contracts, maintenance agreements, repairs and new installations
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
Prepare customer-specific quotations
Follow up on outstanding inquiries and monitor appointments and deadlines
Identify market trends and competitor activities
Collect customer feedback to improve products and services
Maintain customer and visit records in the CRM system
Prepare reports on sales activities, customer needs and feedback
Requirements
Completed vocational training in a technical or skilled-trades occupation
Product/service experience on CHP engines (BHKW), preferably Scania engines
Sales experience desirable
CRM knowledge; MS Office proficiency
Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication
Willingness to travel frequently and efficient time-management
Empathy and customer orientation
Reliability, flexibility and ability to work independently
