About the role

Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end accounting reconciliations for key retail products (credit assignments, loans, financing, checking accounts, PIX, insurance, among others)
- Monitor and analyze accounting discrepancies, proposing prompt and effective solutions to correct inconsistencies
- Manage accounting impacts arising from new products, regulatory changes, and system/processor updates
- Work on platform/system integration and migration projects
- Participate in automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Contribute to the preparation of management and regulatory reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
- Proven experience in end-to-end accounting reconciliation of retail banking products (loans, financing, credit assignments with and without co-obligation, insurance, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of accounting and financial systems
- Experience reconciling portfolios and managing financial records
- Ability to operate in a high-pressure environment and handle critical demands
- Experience with accounting process automation (e.g., SAS, Python, or data integration tools)
- Leadership ability and experience coaching more junior team members
- Knowledge of Dash6 (ORION)
- Knowledge of SQL
