Responsibilities
- Develop Credit Policies for retail banking products, applying creativity and available tools to optimize the risk–return relationship;
- Implement actions to improve the quality of the credit lifecycle, continuously using data manipulation to support strategic and tactical decision-making;
- Liaise with different areas of the institution to enable new initiatives and to capture the benefits of existing ones.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills;
- Proactive and able to interact easily with different areas (Technology, Finance, Sales, Product, Risk, etc.);
- Mandatory: experience in handling databases and statistical tools (SQL, Python and SAS);
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Access and Excel, and monitoring/visualization tools (Power BI);
- Experience in areas beyond Credit Risk is a plus.
