About the role

  • Proposal Coordinator managing business proposal processes for Bureau Veritas. Ensuring accurate and timely submission of proposals related to quality and safety services.

Responsibilities

  • Handling all aspects of the customized business proposal submittal, including coordination and submittal processes.
  • Compile and format proposal content including technical, commercial, and legal documentation.
  • Liaise with various departments (technical, finance, legal, etc.) to gather required inputs.
  • Ensure proposals meet client requirements, are submitted on time, and comply with internal and external standards.
  • Coordinating and developing proposal development effort by working with Technical Operations to develop appropriate technical responses. Ensuring BV’s technical approach and qualifications statement is responsive to clients’ stated goals and needs. Positioning BV as the ideal consultant for each opportunity, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements.
  • Track proposal status and follow up on pending submissions.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the team

Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in proposal coordination support in Oil and Gas.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
