Responsibilities
- Lead the development, coordination, and delivery of high-quality proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company strategy
- Manage proposal timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with sales, business development, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to gather content and insights
- Develop and implement proposal strategies, win themes, and messaging that differentiate our offerings
- Review and edit proposal content for clarity, consistency, and compliance with RFP requirements
- Maintain and enhance proposal templates, content libraries, and best practices
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior proposal team members
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform proposal approaches
- Support post-submission activities such as clarifications, presentations, and negotiations as required
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in proposal management, preferably with Investments experience in Financial Institutions
- Proficiency in proposal management software (e.g. QorusDocs, Seismic) and strong Microsoft Office suite skills
- Proven track record of managing complex, high-value proposals
- Experience developing client-centric value propositions
- Strong pursuit management skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and influencing at all organisational levels
