Responsibilities
As an intern, you will actively support our team with the intake, processing, follow-up and analysis of customer orders in both B2B and B2C areas
You will gain insight into national and international sales channels — from small independent retailers to large retail groups and online platforms such as Amazon or Magento shops — and actively contribute to optimizing our processes
To clarify open questions and resolve issues, you will be in direct contact with our customers
You will work in a numbers- and data-driven way, supporting the team in day-to-day operations as well as on exciting projects
Requirements
You are a registered/enrolled student, ideally studying business administration, marketing, communication studies or a comparable degree program, and are looking to complete your mandatory 6-month internship
Creative thinking and enjoyment in developing new ideas, concepts and processes distinguish you
You bring analytical skills and are confident using common Office applications, with a strong affinity for Excel
You combine strong communication and organizational skills with initiative, reliability and a team-oriented mindset
