- Department Head of Cybersecurity & Quality Governance at D-Trust GmbH in Berlin. Leading a team to ensure information security, quality assurance, and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities

- Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems und Sicherstellung effizienter Abläufe
- Förderung einer bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit und eines aktiven Wissensaustauschs
- Identifizierung und Bewertung von Risiken sowie Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen

Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit einem einschlägigen technischen oder organisatorischen Schwerpunkt oder Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Hohe Motivation, Begeisterung und ausgeprägte Affinität für Informationssicherheit, Qualitätssicherung und Datenschutz
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von Managementsystemen der Informationssicherheit (z. B. ISO/IEC 27001) sowie von Prozessen und Security-Technologien im IT- und Informationssicherheitsumfeld
- Hervorragende konzeptionelle und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, inklusive transparenter Priorisierung
- Hohe Lern- und Weiterbildungsbereitschaft für neue Lösungen und Verfahren
- Kommunikationskompetenz auf Deutsch (mindestens auf C1-Niveau) und Englisch
