About the role

  • Projektmanager responsible for overseeing project phases and ensuring interdisciplinary collaboration at our Lübeck office.

Responsibilities

  • Independently plan, manage and monitor all project phases — from initiation to successful completion.
  • Define and align project objectives involving all relevant internal departments and stakeholders.
  • Create detailed project plans including time and resource planning, and monitor adherence to schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate implementation and ensure smooth collaboration between all involved areas, including external partners or service providers where applicable.
  • Ongoing risk management: identify, assess and control potential project risks and initiate appropriate countermeasures.
  • Provide regular, transparent reporting on project status, target achievement, progress and deviations to relevant decision-makers.
  • Responsible for customer-oriented project communication and sustained support throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Continuously develop project management methods and improve internal processes to increase efficiency and quality.

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration/economics or commercial training with several years of project management experience
  • Solid knowledge of planning, organizing and executing interdisciplinary projects
  • Experience managing complex interfaces between different company departments and external partners
  • Strong IT affinity; ideally experience with IT system solutions and merchandise management (WaWi), ERP or HR systems
  • Confident user of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and portals
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in German (English skills are an advantage)
