About the role

- Define and align project objectives involving all relevant internal departments and stakeholders.

- Coordinate implementation and ensure smooth collaboration between all involved areas, including external partners or service providers where applicable.
- Ongoing risk management: identify, assess and control potential project risks and initiate appropriate countermeasures.
- Provide regular, transparent reporting on project status, target achievement, progress and deviations to relevant decision-makers.
- Responsible for customer-oriented project communication and sustained support throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Continuously develop project management methods and improve internal processes to increase efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration/economics or commercial training with several years of project management experience
- Solid knowledge of planning, organizing and executing interdisciplinary projects
- Experience managing complex interfaces between different company departments and external partners
- Strong IT affinity; ideally experience with IT system solutions and merchandise management (WaWi), ERP or HR systems
- Confident user of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and portals
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in German (English skills are an advantage)
