About the role

  • Insurance consultant ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored solutions in Bielefeld. Collaborating with clients on insurance needs for their corporate and private assets.

Responsibilities

  • Take care of the individual insurance needs of our clients
  • Act as a point of contact for company and private pension matters
  • Manage the existing portfolio of our corporate and private customers
  • Take responsibility for the complete processing of cases
  • Maintain close coordination with our internal sales/support team
  • Conduct annual review meetings

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Specialist (m/f/d), a relevant university degree, or equivalent qualification
  • Alternatively, career changers with relevant expertise are welcome
  • A strong commitment to customer care and client proximity
  • Comfortable working in a team and embracing a shared “we” mindset
