About the role

Responsibilities

  • Individual management of our clients' insurance needs in the area of retirement provision
  • Point of contact for occupational and private retirement and benefit matters
  • Account servicing for corporate and private clients
  • Independently conduct annual review meetings
  • Advice and proposals for corporate benefits concepts (occupational pension schemes, company health insurance, income protection, time accounts)
  • New client acquisition and sales activities
  • Contribute to the company's success

Requirements

  • Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk or a relevant university degree or equivalent
  • Experience in customer servicing/account management
  • Enjoyment of client-facing work and a commitment to high customer satisfaction
  • Family-like working environment and a strong sense of team spirit
