About the role

  • Consultant for Learning & Development at BrokerLink focused on training in Commercial Insurance. Responsibilities include designing and delivering virtual learning and supporting employee performance.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver virtual learning that elevates performance across commercial insurance disciplines
  • Prepare, coach, and support employees to provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage administration for existing and completed courses and programs
  • Collaborate on program planning with team members and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to projects within L&D and across other departments

Requirements

  • Proven track record in learning design and delivery
  • Commercial lines experience (e.g., underwriting, claims adjusting, sales, or related)
  • P&C insurance license in province of work required
  • CAIB 1, 2 & 3 or 5 CIP courses an asset
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Highly organized
  • Experience with EPIC, insurer portals, and various program delivery platforms considered an asset
  • Program creation experience
