- Develop and execute data quality checks, analysis, and anomaly detection to maintain high data standards.

- Collaborate with internal teams to define data formatting, transformation, and reporting requirements.
- Conduct QA on data transformations and validate accuracy through SQL-based investigations.

- Automate recurring technical operations and support integration or testing of new systems.
- Maintain thorough technical documentation and communicate operational insights to leadership.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in data operations, analysis, or similar role.
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science (or equivalent training and experience).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced FinTech environment or any equivalent.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
