About the role
- Associate Operations Analyst assisting the Class Action team with data processing and reporting tasks. Collaborating with team members to ensure data integrity and timely responses.
Responsibilities
- Support the Class Action Global Claims Management team in completing complex data processing and reporting tasks
- Researching and responding, in a timely manner, to simple and sometimes complex tasks driven by Client, Claim administrators, Client service and Audit team members
- Managing client data, including manipulation, updates, and troubleshooting data discrepancies
- Review and analyze client data
- Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization across multiple data formats
- Data manipulation
- Producing ad-hoc data and reports as requested
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, Information Technology and/or experience in the Legal field is a plus
- Advanced Excel knowledge, ability to develop Macros
- Experience using database management tools such as SQL Server Management Studio
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
- Understanding of the financial industry such as securities transactions or back-office processing experience is preferred
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and work collaboratively in a team environment
