About the role
- Product Manager leading Easytrieve, Panvalet, Librarian, AION, Telon products at Broadcom. Collaborating across teams to deliver industry-leading features and drive customer adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple products in the Foundational and Open Solutions value stream
- Work on Easytrieve, AION, Telon, Panvalet, Librarian products
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Sales to deliver industry leading features
- Identify market driven use cases for product development
- Maintain excellent customer relationships to drive adoption and retention
- Assist in the development of vision, strategy, roadmap and releases of new features
- Partner with Architecture teams for new features and capabilities
- Lead sales initiatives for customer adoption of new product features
- Measure customer adoption and retention based on the GTM plan
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- Expertise in managing complex cross-functional, cross-business, cross-disciplinary projects
- Working with business stakeholders in partnership to achieve goals and objectives
- Basic understanding of software licensing and product delivery in a B2B business model
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills
- Experience working with product and engineering teams in a collaborative software development environment
- Understanding of managing and triaging customer requests
- Leadership, organization, and time management skills.
- Knowledge of mainframe software industry, transformation trends, and insights preferred
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US.
