Responsibilities
Develop and execute a localized marketing strategy aligned with the global direction
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness
Lead the development and execution of the local Annual Marketing Plan (AMP)
Drive new product launches and commercialization initiatives in collaboration with sales and leadership
Continuously gather and analyze market insights, customer feedback, and competitive activity
Monitor business performance and key metrics to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement
Partner closely with the sales organization to support customers and identify business opportunities
Develop and execute the local medical education strategy in collaboration with internal teams
Act as a subject matter expert for the Trauma portfolio
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred)
6+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a marketing role (medical devices strongly preferred)
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
