About the role

  • Senior Product Manager leading marketing activities for Trauma portfolio in Italy. Shaping strategies, supporting product launches, and collaborating with sales in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a localized marketing strategy aligned with the global direction
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness
  • Lead the development and execution of the local Annual Marketing Plan (AMP)
  • Drive new product launches and commercialization initiatives in collaboration with sales and leadership
  • Continuously gather and analyze market insights, customer feedback, and competitive activity
  • Monitor business performance and key metrics to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement
  • Partner closely with the sales organization to support customers and identify business opportunities
  • Develop and execute the local medical education strategy in collaboration with internal teams
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the Trauma portfolio

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred)
  • 6+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a marketing role (medical devices strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
