About the role

  • Content Specialist focused on generating and distributing marketing content for a digital transformation company. Collaborating with teams to optimize performance and support demand generation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop content for all funnel stages (blog posts, case studies, email sequences, scripts, landing pages, social copy).
  • Customize content for ICPs, industries, and regional priorities using AEO structures.
  • Manage content distribution across LinkedIn, website, HubSpot, email, and partner channels.
  • Align messaging, timing, and asset readiness across teams.
  • Collaborate actively with global marketing, content, digital channels, product, growth, and sales.
  • Support content needs for GTM actions and campaigns.
  • Apply SEO fundamentals.
  • Manage updates in WordPress.
  • Track KPIs using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and platform dashboards.
  • Maintain all content calendars, briefs, documentation, and workflows using Notion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or similar.
  • 3+ years of B2B content experience (tech, SaaS, Startups, ERP ideal).
  • Experience with HubSpot and WordPress.
  • Understanding of SEO, AEO, and funnel stages.
  • Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work with LLM tools.
  • Strong English writing skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
