Responsibilities
- Lead and support migration of on-prem or cloud-native applications to AWS.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and reusable cloud patterns and best practices.
- Develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, following modular and version‑controlled standards.
- Build, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools (GitHub Actions, AWS Code pipelines, AWS Code build etc.).
- Implement Blue/Green and Rolling Deployment strategies for zero‑downtime releases.
- Apply automated code refactoring and modernization
- Integrate and enforce DevSecOps practices, security scans, and compliance checks within pipelines.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve build, deployment, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to cloud governance using tagging standards, cost optimization, security controls, and reliability best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for infrastructure components, deployment processes, and cloud patterns.
- Work in agile teams and collaborate closely with developers, architects, and platform engineering teams.
Requirements
- Cloud Engineers with strong hands-on expertise in AWS and Terraform to support the migration of applications to AWS and ensure the development, implementation, and maintenance of standardized cloud patterns.
- The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, application deployment processes, and modern DevSecOps practices.
- Key Responsibilities

- Required Skills & Experience
- 3–8+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering or DevOps roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, including compute, networking, storage, IAM, and security.
- Proficiency in Terraform, including writing reusable modules and managing state.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and deployment workflows.
- Knowledge of modern deployment strategies like Blue/Green, Rolling, or Canary deployments.
- Experience with Git-based workflows and version control best practices.
- Preferred Qualifications
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, etc.).
- Knowledge of containerization
- Knowledge of cloud security standards and compliance frameworks.
- Exposure to SRE practices and observability tooling.
