Responsibilities
Partnership Growth: Lead acquisition programs across government schemes, rebates, and corporate partnerships. Develop tailored strategies, optimise partner landing pages and marketplace flows, and drive awareness, traffic, and application volume.
Product-led Growth: Own initiatives that improve engagement and conversion across Brighte’s marketplace. Analyse funnels, run rapid experiments, and collaborate with Product to influence roadmap and UX enhancements.
Lifecycle Marketing: Design and automate customer journeys, segment audiences, and deploy behavioural triggers and personalised messaging to lift activation and completion rates.
Reporting & Insights: Build dashboards, track performance, and share actionable insights on partner ROI, funnel health, and lifecycle metrics.
Marketing Support: Assist with launches, events, collateral, and cross-functional campaigns to ensure consistent, compliant messaging.
Requirements
You are a data-driven growth marketer with experience scaling acquisition through partnerships, digital journeys and lifecycle marketing.
You have deep experience in running experiments, diagnosing funnels and driving iterative improvements.
You have strong partnership growth experience ideally in fintech, marketplaces, energy, telco, or platform businesses.
Hands-on execution: You enjoy doing the work - building journeys, analysing data, writing copy, running tests.
CRM & lifecycle expertise: Skilled in HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Klaviyo.
Analytics capability: Comfortable in Mixpanel/Amplitude/GA4; can turn data into decisions.
You understand how product experiences can drive acquisition + conversion and have the ability to link activities to approved apps, funded loans, and ROI.
