About the role

  • Senior Account Manager optimizing Buy Now Pay Later and installment loan programs for Bread Financial. Driving portfolio growth while managing relationships with key merchants and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key liaison between Bread Financial and its merchant partners
  • Focus on optimizing existing Buy Now Pay Later and installment loan programs
  • Drive portfolio growth and enhance customer experience
  • Manage top client relationships and deliver post-launch support
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement portfolio strategies
  • Guide client through the onboarding process and manage expectations
  • Utilize understanding of P&L to influence product strategies
  • Understand credit management practices and work cross-functionally

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent, relevant work experience
  • 12+ years in Account Management, Sales, Finance, Product Management, Project Management, Marketing, or credit card portfolio management
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing preferred
  • 10+ years management experience in a multi-level organization
  • Experience with Buy Now Pay Later(BNPL) and/or installment loans
