Responsibilities
Serve as a key liaison between Bread Financial and its merchant partners
Focus on optimizing existing Buy Now Pay Later and installment loan programs
Drive portfolio growth and enhance customer experience
Manage top client relationships and deliver post-launch support
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement portfolio strategies
Guide client through the onboarding process and manage expectations
Utilize understanding of P&L to influence product strategies
Understand credit management practices and work cross-functionally
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent, relevant work experience
12+ years in Account Management, Sales, Finance, Product Management, Project Management, Marketing, or credit card portfolio management
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing preferred
10+ years management experience in a multi-level organization
Experience with Buy Now Pay Later(BNPL) and/or installment loans
