  • Intern supporting the People & Culture team at Bread Financial. Engaging in training, collaboration, and project development within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Gaining an understanding of the associate’s related area of the enterprise
  • Completion of role-specific training
  • Participate and demonstrate new knowledge through individual coaching and training
  • Activity-based Training Development curriculum
  • Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Build and maintain effective internal and external business partnerships
  • Learn proper processes and procedures relevant to an associate’s respective team
  • Actively seek out opportunities to expand knowledge of the broader business
  • Follow established guidelines for quality and productivity

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Entering Junior year of bachelor’s degree
  • Previous completion of a Bread Financial Summer Internship
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Time Management skills
  • Professional Etiquette
  • Communication skills (writing memos, drafting slides, organizing information)
