Responsibilities
Client Leadership Strategic leadership: you’ll continuously refine your understanding of organic marketing and the wider marketing mix.
Relationship building: you’ll use your deep understanding of your clients’ businesses to identify and convert opportunities to retain and grow the accounts in your portfolio.
Account performance management: you will work with clients and agency teams to understand and achieve client KPIs, maintain account profitability, and manage expectations effectively.
Agency Leadership Support the Client Partner in the delivery of our Client Services Strategy and ensure all our client accounts have the appropriate skills and resources assigned to them.
Financial Performance and Accountability Ensure work is accurately scoped and agreed as per our contractual terms.
Requirements
7+ years in marketing, with relevant agency-side experience and a strong background in SEO and organic digital strategy.
Demonstrated track record of excellent client relationship development and service including extensive experience managing global enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
Evidence of your ability to independently create, develop, plan and implement marketing communications strategies and campaigns
