About the role

  • Training Analyst supporting audit functions and training initiatives for Brasal Refrigerantes. Responsibilities include logistics for training and managing training documentation and indicators.

Responsibilities

  • Support and assist with audits;
  • Support training activities for the Apprentice and PWD (people with disabilities) programs;
  • Evaluate proposals and contract training services;
  • Update indicator/KPI spreadsheets;
  • Update the training schedule;
  • Create and revise documents, SOPs and HR process flows;
  • Conduct and support the "Vem Ser Brasal" onboarding training;
  • Request office supplies;
  • Training logistics (room reservations, beverages and snacks);
  • Enter trainings into the system;
  • Request and follow up on training contracts with the procurement team;
  • Organize electronic training document files;
  • Support activities for Human Development programs;
  • Manage the online training platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Business Administration, Psychology, HR Management or related fields;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
  • Previous experience in training and audits is desirable.
