About the role

  • Business Development Representative expanding healthcare services footprint by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. Building relationships with clients and community partners to drive growth in behavioral health care.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach within the healthcare sector
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and community organizations to generate referrals and partnerships
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, clearly articulating the benefits of Woodland Recovery Center's services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor service solutions that meet client needs and support patient care objectives
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to inform strategic planning and decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably within the healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of healthcare services, particularly behavioral health, and the regulatory environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
