About the role

  • Configure dashboards, alerts, and metrics using tools such as Grafana, Datadog, Prometheus, and Loki;
  • Map monitoring gaps and identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Communicate directly with technical teams to follow up on alerts and incidents;
  • Maintain and evolve monitoring systems, ensuring predictability and reliability of operations;
  • Support standardization and automation of observability processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented, communicative, and organized
  • Ability to understand technical scenarios and clearly drive required actions
  • Proactive in identifying failures and proposing solutions
  • Comfortable working in a team and interacting with various technical areas
  • Desire to learn and grow in critical, high-availability environments
  • Previous experience with observability tools (Grafana, Datadog, Prometheus, Loki)
  • Knowledge of alert automation and integration of monitoring systems
  • Experience in high-availability environments or iGaming
  • Familiarity with security, infrastructure, and cloud
  • Postgraduate degree or advanced certifications in Cloud, SRE/DevOps, Observability, Software Architecture, or Reliability Engineering are relevant differentiators.
