Responsibilities
Provide support to clients and manage processes related to ProCare contracts, acting as the interface between clients and internal departments on technical service matters.
Manage the creation, tracking, and maintenance of service orders.
Prepare, review, and negotiate technical service estimates/quotes.
Verify regulatory documentation related to technical processes and service contracts.
Support order analysis, communicate timelines, and follow up with clients on processes.
Coordinate the picking and availability of parts for repair and support logistics processes (product inbound and outbound).
Generate and analyze departmental performance reports using Excel and Power BI.
Serve as the point of contact between internal areas (Sales, Finance, Logistics, Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance (RA&QA), Tendering/Procurement) and external service providers.
Ensure that all activities comply with applicable laws, the FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act), the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and Stryker's Code of Conduct.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with fiscal and operational routines for controlling product inbound and outbound.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Experience in Customer Service or technical service support (desired).
Intermediate English (desired).
Experience with contract analysis and vendor/supplier management (desired).
