Responsibilities
- Support the People & Management Business Partner Manager in implementing people initiatives aligned with the business strategy.
- Analyze people metrics (turnover, engagement, headcount, absenteeism, etc.) and propose recommendations.
- Support leaders in performance management processes, feedback and talent identification.
- Conduct recruitment processes in partnership with client areas, ensuring SLAs and a positive candidate experience.
- Support training, development and organizational culture programs.
- Participate in the implementation of change projects and improvements to HR processes.
- Prepare reports, presentations and supporting materials for leadership.
- Serve as the point of contact for client areas' questions and needs, ensuring smooth HR processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Production/Industrial Engineering.
- Previous experience as a Business Partner (BP) is desirable.
- Strong aptitude for data analysis and interpretation.
