Responsibilities
Analyzes processes and utilizes Lean Six Sigma techniques to develop operational process improvements
Manages cross-functional teams and partners with peers and leaders to implement process changes
Conducts ongoing measurements of process changes
Provides business analytics, including research, data analysis, metric implementation, forecasting, and reporting
Responsible for development, maintenance, tracking, and reporting of GIS Production Mapping metrics
Monitors and ensures accurate data feeds from multiple sources
Drives continuous process improvement and manages complex technology and data process improvements and projects
Develops and tracks metrics that provide data for process measurement, business operations, or risk assessment
Presents findings to leadership
Leads multiple complex process improvement projects
Oversees and designs vendors and contractors for work management applications
Delivers regular metrics and Visual Management for Operating Reviews
Transforms and maps business requirements and processes to data inputs and outputs
Mentors and guides less experienced colleagues
Responsible for backing up the leadership team when necessary
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
10 years of relevant business, operational, financial, or process improvement experience
Experience with MS Power BI
Experience with MS Power Apps
Experience with HTML
Experience with SQL
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Desired)
Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience (Desired)
Lean Six Sigma Certification (Desired)
