Responsibilities
Generate leads through market research, conduct sales meetings with prospective corporate clients and follow up with our potential clients.
Develop and execute the fulfillment sales strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Identify service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to implement corrective actions as needed.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Recommend new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.
Work alongside the business in the areas of strategy, sales operations, and financial goals of the department to deliver client-focused solutions based on client needs to effectively build positive long-term relationships with our clients.
Identify all sales channels, implement and execute effective sales strategies to win this segment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales in the logistics/E-commerce industry.
Must be results-oriented and goal-driven with an outgoing and persuasive personality.
Strong negotiation skills to close sales and build strong working relationships with clients.
Excellent English level (written and spoken).
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and a data-driven approach.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and experience in process optimization and implementing operational efficiencies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
