Requirements

  • Introduce Lean methods on construction projects — implement takt planning, Last Planner & Co. directly on site.
  • Support and coach teams — assist with the practical use of Lean tools in day-to-day work.
  • Lead workshops & training — deliver trainings to anchor Lean knowledge in the organization.
  • Improve processes sustainably — promote continuous improvement (KVP) and permanently establish new working methods in projects.
