About the role

  • Overall responsibility for the commercial control of the region
  • Planning, monitoring and financial management of regional projects and business units
  • Preparation of financial reports and management accounting analyses
  • Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as regular reporting to corporate management
  • Ongoing analysis of costs, revenues and project developments including forecasts and strategic planning
  • Review, negotiation and drafting of construction contracts, change orders and service agreements
