Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role leading diverse teams, initiatives and projects
- Ability to work any shift including weekends and overtime
- 3+ years of experience in lean processes and initiatives (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in coaching, guiding and mentoring teams (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience working to lead and develop teams to execute to safety, compliance, quality and cost (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience working within a cross-functional organizational environment (preferred)
